You'll need to add your Macy's Credit Card or Macy's American Express® Card to your macys.com profile to view your payment history.

1. Select "My Account" and log-in to your account with your email address and password.
2. Select the "Other Options" link under "Macy's Credit Card."
3. The select "Payments" under the "Macy's Credit Card" section.
4. Here you can view your payment history.
