Create a new account

To set up a macys.com account, visit the Create Account page and fill out the required information.

Activate an account started in-store or by phone

If you began creating your account in store or by phone:

1. Look for an email titled “Here’s how to activate your account” or a text message from 38764
2. Select the link in the message
3. Complete the online form to finish setup

Once submitted, your account will be activated.

Didn’t receive your activation message?

Go to the Create Account page, enter your email address, and select Activate Here to request a new link.
