Using My Wallet

Macy’s Wallet is a free service that allows you to securely:

  • Store and manage payment methods
  • Track your Star Rewards
  • Access your latest offers and promotions

Credit Cards

You can add Macy’s Cards, as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express® cards (up to 10 total cards).

 

On the Desktop Site

  1. Sign in to your Macy’s account.
  2. Select Wallet from the dropdown menu.
  3. Under Payment Methods, select Add a Payment Method.
  4. Enter your card number and billing information.
  5. Select Save & Close.

 

On the Mobile Site

  1. Sign in by tapping the name icon in the lower‑right corner.
  2. Select Wallet under Account Information.
  3. Under Credit Cards, select Add a Credit Card.
  4. Enter your card number and billing information.
  5. Select Save.

 

Your card information is now saved for future use. To easily access Star Rewards benefits, set your Macy’s Card as your default card..

On the Desktop Site

  1. Sign in to your Macy’s account.
  2. Select Wallet from the dropdown menu.
  3. Under Payment Methods, locate the card you want to remove.
  4. Select Edit, then select Edit again when the card details appear.
  5. Scroll down and select Remove.
  6. Confirm the removal.

 

On the Mobile Site

  1. Sign in and select Wallet.
  2. Tap Credit Cards.
  3. Locate the card you want to remove.
  4. Swipe left on the card and tap Remove.
  5. Confirm the removal.

During checkout, your default card will automatically appear as the preferred payment method.

 

To use a different saved card:

  1. In the Payment section, select Change.
  2. Choose the card you want to use.
  3. Select Save.

 

You can also add a new credit card during checkout.

If a saved card expires:

  • An “Expired” label will appear next to the card
  • You will not be able to use that card for purchases

Offers

You can view your saved offers in several ways:

  • Sign in to macys.com and select Wallet
  • View offers in your Shopping Bag before checkout when signed in
  • In store by swiping your Macy’s Card or entering your Star Rewards phone number

Only one offer can be used per order.

 

On macys.com

  1. Sign in and open your Shopping Bag.
  2. Your Best Offer will appear automatically.
  3. Select Apply to use it.
  4. To view other offers, select See All Offers.

 

In Store

  1. Swipe your Macy’s Card or enter your Star Rewards phone number.
  2. Available offers will appear on the register screen.
  3. The best offer appears first, but you may choose another offer if available.

 

Note: Bronze Star Rewards members without a Macy’s Card can access offers by entering their phone number. If a coupon is saved to your Wallet, no physical coupon is needed in store.

  • An “Expires Soon” label appears 48 hours before expiration
  • Expired offers are automatically removed from your Wallet and can no longer be used
