What is Macy’s Wallet?

Macy’s Wallet is a free, secure place to:

• Store and manage your payment methods
• Track Star Rewards status
• Access your latest offers and promotions

Payment Methods

Add a credit card:

You can store Macy’s Cards plus Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express® (up to 10 cards).

Desktop

1. Sign in
2. Select Wallet
3. Choose Add a Payment Method
4. Enter details
5. Select Save & Close

Mobile

1. Tap account icon
2. Select Wallet
3. Tap Add a Credit Card
4. Enter details
5. Tap Save

Tip: Set your Macy’s Card as your default to use Star Rewards benefits.

Use a saved card at checkout

• Your default card is automatically selected
• To switch cards:
  1. Select Change in Payment
  2. Choose a card
  3. Select Save

You can also add a new card during checkout.

Offers

Apply an offer:

Online

1. Open your Shopping Bag
2. Your Best Offer appears automatically
3. Select Apply
4. Select See All Offers for other options

In store

• Swipe your Macy’s Card or enter your phone number
• Offers appear at checkout
• You can choose a different offer

Only one offer can be used per order. No physical coupon needed if saved in Wallet.
