How do I check out online?

Checking out is quick and easy. 

1. Review your shopping bag

Before checking out:

  • Confirm your item details, including size, color, and quantity.
  • Make any updates as needed.
  • Select Proceed to Checkout.

 

2. Sign in or continue as a guest
  • Sign in to your account for faster checkout and access to saved information.
  • Or select Guest Checkout if you don't have an account.

 

3. Enter your checkout information
 

Expand the sections below for details about each step of checkout.

 

Checkout Details

  • Enter your code in the Offers section and select Apply
  • Or choose your best available offer

 

Note: Only one promo code can be used per order

  • Enter or confirm your shipping address
  • Select your preferred shipping method

    • Add a gift message
    • Select gift packaging
    • Hide prices on the packing slip
    • Select Save

    • Enter your gift card information
    • Select Apply Gift Card

    • Use a saved payment method or add a new one
    • Follow the prompts if paying with PayPal

     

    Guest checkout: If you're using a Macy's American Express® Card, enter the 4-digit security code printed on the front of the card.

    Provide your:

    • Email address
    • Phone number

     

    We'll use this information to send order updates.

    4. Review and Place Your Order
    • Review all order details
    • Make any final updates
    • Select Place Order to complete your purchase
