How Star Money works

• Earn points when you shop at Macy’s, macys.com, and Macy’s Backstage
• 1,000 points = $10 Star Money
• Star Money is valid for 30 days after it’s issued
• Excludes: gift cards, services, and fees

How do I earn points?

All Star Rewards members earn points on eligible purchases. You can also earn extra points during Star Money Bonus Days, on top of your everyday earning.

When will my points show up?

Points are issued based on how you shop:

• In store: Immediately after purchase
• Online or phone orders: When your order ships
• Items shipped from a store: When the item ships
• Pre‑sale items: When the order is finalized
• Furniture and mattresses: After delivery and acceptance
  

When will I receive Star Money?

Once you reach 1,000 points, you’ll receive $10 in Star Money.

You’ll be notified in one or more of these ways:

• Email (if you’re subscribed)
• Printed message on your store receipt
• Automatically added to your Wallet at macys.com
