Members can also earn extra points during Star Money Bonus Days, in addition to the points they earn every day as a Macy’s Bronze member or Macy’s Credit Cardholder.

• For every 1,000 points earned, you’ll receive $10 in Star Money
• Star Money can be redeemed on most purchases (excluding gift cards, services, and fees)
• Star Money is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued

To view your points, you must have a Macy’s account and link your Star Rewards membership to your Wallet.

Points are issued immediately after your purchase is completed.

Online and phone orders:
Points are issued when the order ships, including:

• Orders placed on macys.com
• Orders placed by phone through Customer Care
• Items shipped to you from another Macy’s location when shopping in store

Pre‑sale items:
Points are issued once the purchase is finalized.

Delivered items (such as furniture and mattresses):
Points are issued once the order is delivered and accepted.

Once you earn enough points to receive $10 in Star Money:

• You’ll receive an email notification (if you’re signed up for Macy’s emails)
• In‑store purchases will also show a notice printed on your receipt
• Your Star Money will automatically appear in your macys.com Wallet
