How Do I Report a Lost or Stolen Card Online?

  1. Go to My Account and sign in using your email address and password.
  2. Select the Credit Summary link under the Macy’s Credit Card section.
  3. Open the “I want to…” dropdown menu in the top‑right corner.
  4. Select Report a Lost or Stolen Card.

You’ll be asked to:

  • Make sure your account is current by submitting any required payments
  • Identify potentially fraudulent transactions, if applicable
  • Provide details about your card and how it was lost or stolen
  • Submit your report

 

Once submitted, we’ll take care of the rest.

You can expect to receive your new card within 7–10 business days.
