If your card is lost, damaged, or no longer working, you can request a replacement card online. Your Macy's Credit Card or Macy's American Express® Card must be added to your macys.com profile before you can submit a request.
To request a replacement card:
- Sign in to My Account.
- Select Macy’s Credit Card.
- Under Account Services, select Order a Replacement Card.
- Enter the required information and submit your request.
