To request a replacement card, you'll need to add your Macy's Credit Card or Macy's American Express Card® to your macys.com profile.

1. Select " My Account " and log-in to your account with your email address and password.
2. Hover over your name in the top right corner of the homepage & select "Macy's Credit Card".
3. Under "Account Services" in the middle of the page, select "Order a Replacement Card."
4. Here you will provide the required information then submit your request.
