How do I request a replacement card?

To request a replacement card, your Macy’s Credit Card or Macy’s American Express® Card must be added to your macys.com profile.

 

Steps to Request a Replacement Card

  1. Select My Account and sign in using your email address and password.
  2. Hover over your name in the top‑right corner of the homepage and select Macy’s Credit Card.
  3. Under Account Services, select Order a Replacement Card.
  4. Provide the required information and submit your request.
