How do I redeem Star Money?
Macy’s Credit Cardholders (Silver, Gold, Platinum):
- Shop in store or at macys.com
- At checkout, available Star Money will automatically appear and can be applied
Bronze members:
In store:
- Provide the phone number linked to your Star Rewards membership
- Available Star Money will be applied at checkout
Online:
- Sign in to your Macy’s account
- Make sure your membership is linked to your Wallet
- Apply available Star Money at checkout
