International Return Policies

Note: International shipping is temporarily paused starting December 17, 2025.
If you placed an international order before this date, returns are still supported through Borderfree in accordance with this policy.

 

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, Borderfree will help process your return.

 

  • Contact us for instructions on where to ship your return and your refund amount
  • Returns must be made within 180 days of purchase
  • Refunds are issued in the same currency and exchange rate as your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are not refunded for preference-based returns

 

Return Policy Details

Customers in the European Union may cancel their order within 7 days of placing it.

  • You will be reimbursed for:
    • The cost of the item(s)
    • Any fees paid to receive the order (such as shipping)
  • You may be responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds will be issued within 30 days

  • International orders cannot be returned to a Macy’s store
  • Follow the return instructions provided by Borderfree

    • Check your shipment invoice for specific return instructions.

    International gift recipients may return items.

    • Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used by the purchaser

    Contact customer service and provide the following from your receipt:

    • Store number
    • Register number
    • Transaction number
    • Date of purchase
    • Item UPC and description
    • Reason for return
    • Your contact information

    Exchanges are not available for international orders

    Once your return is received:

    • Refunds are processed immediately
    • It may take several days for your bank to post the refund
    • If you provided an email address, Borderfree will notify you when your return is processed
