Return to a Macy’s Store

• Store purchases must be returned to a Macy’s store
• Online purchases can be returned in store or by mail
• Bring your receipt if you have it

No receipt? We may be able to look up your purchase using:

• The credit card used
• Your order number or email confirmation
• Packing slip or shipping label
• Gift registry number

Important notes:

• Returns are not accepted at curbside
• Furniture must be returned to a Furniture Gallery store

Return by Mail (Online Orders Only)

• Start your return online: macys.com/returns
• Star Rewards members: Free returns
• Non-members: $9.99 fee (plus tax) deducted from refund

Tips for faster processing:

• Use one label per box
• Don’t combine items from different labels
• Include your return slip inside the package

Refunds are typically processed within 7 days after your return is received.
