July 2, 2026 – Cuisinart Metal Wire Bristle Grill Brushes Recalled Due to Ingestion Hazard

 

  • Date: July 2, 2026
  • Hazard: Small metal wire bristles can detach from the grill brush, stick to the grill or food, and pose an ingestion hazard that could result in serious internal injuries requiring surgery. 
  • Customer Action: Customers should stop using affected grill brushes immediately and contact Cuisinart/Conair. 
  • Resolution: Consumers may receive a full refund or a credit for use at Cuisinart.com equal to the full refund amount plus an additional 20%.
  • Affected Models: CCB-100, CCB-4125, CCB-5014, CCB-6450, CCB-8012, CCB-4114, CCB-W2, and CSBS-777. Certain grill tool sets containing these brushes are also included in the recall.

May 14, 2026 — ZWILLING Electric Kettles Recalled Due to Burn Hazard

 

 

  • Date: May 14, 2026

  • Hazard: The handle can loosen and separate from the kettle, causing hot liquid to spill and posing a burn hazard with risk of serious injury.

  • Customer Action: Customers should stop using the kettles immediately and contact ZWILLING.

  • Resolution: Consumers are eligible for a full refund.

February 26, 2026 — Dupray Steam Cleaners Recalled Due to Burn and Injury Hazards

  • Date: February 26, 2026
  • Hazard: The boiler can rupture under certain conditions, posing a burn hazard and risk of serious injury to users or bystanders.

  • Customer Action: Customers should stop using the steam cleaners immediately and contact Dupray.

  • Resolution: Consumers will receive a free repair (replacement safety cap) to correct the issue.

January 14, 2026 — Chocolate Bars Recalled Due to Salmonella Contamination

 

  • Date: January 14, 2026

  • Hazard: The products may be contaminated with Salmonella, posing a risk of serious or life-threatening illness, especially for young children, older adults, and individuals with weakened immune systems.

  • Customer Action: Customers should not consume the products and dispose of them immediately.

  • Resolution: Consumers are eligible for a refund or replacement. Affected products were sold nationwide and online beginning September 15, 2025 and include multiple flavors under the Spring & Mulberry brand.

May 22, 2025 — Holiday Lane Infant Pajamas Recalled Due to Circulation Restriction Hazard

  • Date: May 22, 2025
  • Hazard: The ankle elastic can be too tight and restrict blood circulation, posing an injury hazard to infants.
  • Customer Action: Customers should stop using the pajamas immediately, take them away from children, and contact Macy’s for instructions.
  • Resolution: Consumers are eligible for a refund. The recalled pajamas were sold at Macy’s stores, Macy’s Backstage, and online between March 2024 and January 2025.

May 1, 2025 — SharkNinja Pressure Cookers Recalled Due to Burn Hazard

 

Recalled SharkNinja Foodi OP300 Series Multi-Function Pressure Cooker

  • Date: May 1, 2025
  • Hazard: The pressure-cooking lid can be opened while pressurized, causing severe burns from hot contents.
  • Customer Action: Customers should stop using the pressure-cooking function immediately.
  • Resolution: Consumers will receive a free replacement lid.
