Who can leave a product review?

 

Only customers who have purchased an item on macys.com can leave a review.

 

To write a review:
  1. Sign in to your Macy’s account
  2. Go to your Order History
  3. Select the item you would like to review
  4. Choose Write a Review

Why can’t I write a review?

 

You may not be able to leave a review if:

  • You have not purchased the item on macys.com
  • You are not signed in to your account
  • The item is no longer eligible for reviews

 

Review Guidelines & Tips

When writing your review, consider including:

  • What you liked or didn’t like
