How store pickup works

• Add items to your bag and select Pick Up at checkout
• Choose your preferred store
• The store prepares your order from available inventory
• You’ll get an email when your order is Ready for Pickup

When your order is ready, you can:

• Pick it up inside the store, or
• Use Curbside Pickup (available at select locations)

Timing:

• Orders placed by 4 PM local time are usually ready the same day
• Ship to Store items are typically ready in 5–8 business days

• Search for an item on macys.com
• Use the Delivery & Pickup filter and select Pick Up at
• Choose your store to see available items

You can change your store anytime before checkout.

What do I need to pick up my order?

Bring:

• Your Ready for Pickup email (with barcode)
• A valid government-issued ID

You can assign one alternate pickup person at checkout. They must bring the pickup email and ID.

Your confirmation email will include:

• Pickup location in the store
• Curbside instructions (if available)

How long will the store hold my order?

• Orders are held for 7 days
• If not picked up, the order is canceled and refunded
• Refunds typically process within 3–5 business days (timing may vary)
