What is Macy's Wine Shop?

Macy’s Wine Shop lets you purchase wine online without a subscription. You can shop flexibly and choose from:

  • Individual bottles
  • Curated wine packs
  • A quarterly wine club subscription

 

Note: The former Macy’s Wine Cellar program was discontinued on April 27, 2021.

 

Macy’s Wine Shop is operated in partnership with DRINKS, which works with a network of licensed wine retailers. Orders are processed and fulfilled separately from Macy’s.

 

Rewards & Loyalty

 
Can I earn Star Rewards on my purchase?

No. Macy’s Wine Shop operates separately from Macy’s retail and macys.com. Star Rewards, loyalty benefits, and Macy’s promotions do not apply to Wine Shop purchases.

Shipping & Delivery – Key Information

 

Is a signature required?

Yes. An adult age 21+ must be available to sign for the shipment at delivery.

 

Where can orders be shipped?
  • Continental U.S. only
  • No P.O. Boxes
  • No international shipping

Orders are shipped via FedEx.

Yes. Tracking details are sent by email once your order ships.

Missed or Problem Deliveries

FedEx will attempt delivery up to three times over three business days. After the final attempt, you can:

  • Schedule redelivery, or
  • Pick up your package at a FedEx facility

 

Packages are typically held for up to five days.

You can contact FedEx to:

  • Redirect the package to an address where a 21+ adult can sign, or
  • Arrange pickup at a FedEx facility

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful or you experience issues, contact FedEx directly to arrange next steps.

Returns, Damage & Satisfaction

No. Wine Shop purchases cannot be returned to Macy’s stores. All returns and issues must be handled through Macy’s Wine Shop Support.

If your shipment arrives damaged or you are not satisfied with your order, contact Macy’s Wine Shop Support as soon as possible for assistance.
