What is Macy's Wine Shop?

Macy's Wine Shop is a new way for Macy's customers to shop for wine. It expands how customers can purchase wine and is no longer exclusively a subscription program.

 

Customers can shop:

  • Wine by the bottle
  • Expertly curated wine packs
  • A quarterly wine club offering

 

Please note: The former Macy’s Wine Cellar program was discontinued on April 27, 2021.

Can I earn Star Rewards on my purchase?

No. Macy’s Wine Shop is operated in conjunction with DRINKS, which manages a network of licensed wine retailers that sell the wines. While Macy’s Wine Shop is affiliated with Macy’s, it operates independently, and Macy’s Star Rewards and loyalty points do not apply to Wine Shop purchases.

Yes. Someone 21 or older must be available to sign for the shipment at the time of delivery.

No. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

No. We currently ship only within the continental United States.

Yes. Once your order leaves the warehouse, tracking information will be sent to you via email.

We ship orders via FedEx.

The carrier will attempt delivery up to three times over three business days.
After the third attempt, please contact the carrier to arrange:

  • Pickup at their facility, or
  • A re‑scheduled delivery

You may contact the carrier to:

  • Redirect the package to an address where an adult 21+ can sign, or
  • Have the package held at the carrier’s facility for pickup

 

Packages are typically held for up to five days after the third delivery attempt.

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, please contact the carrier directly to arrange pickup or re‑delivery.

If you are dissatisfied with your most recent delivery, please contact Macy’s Wine Shop Support immediately.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact Macy’s Wine Shop Support for assistance.

No. At this time, wine returns cannot be accepted at Macy’s store locations. Please contact Macy’s Wine Shop Support for assistance.
