You can select a favorite store at any time on macys.com.

How to set or update your favorite store:

1. On macys.com, select the Store location link next to Sign In / My Account
   (If you’re signed in, you’ll see this link next to your name and card level.)
2. Click the store name.
3. A Select a Store panel will slide out.
4. Enter your ZIP code to view nearby stores.
5. Choose the store you want to shop or set as your favorite.
6. Select the back arrow to apply your changes.

Your selected store will now be used to show local inventory, pickup options, store hours, and other store‑specific details.
