How do I find my local Macy’s store information?

You can find your local Macy’s store to view hours, services, location details, and store availability.

Find or change your store

 

Find a store:

  • Visit macys.com/store-locator
  • Enter your ZIP code or city to see nearby stores

 

Set or update your favorite store:

  • On macys.com, select the store location link near Sign In / My Account
  • (If signed in, it appears next to your name and card level)
  • Select the current store name
  • In the Select a Store panel, enter your ZIP code
  • Choose your preferred store
  • Select the back arrow to save
 

Store help & details

Your selected store is used to show:

  • Local inventory availability
  • Buy Online, Pick Up In Store options
  • Store hours
  • Store-specific services and details

  • Check that your ZIP code is entered correctly
  • Try searching by city and state instead
  • Make sure location services are enabled on your device
