We always try to ship your items together, but sometimes an order needs to be divided into multiple shipments. This commonly happens when:

  • One or more items are temporarily unavailable
  • Items are shipping from different fulfillment centers
  • An item is shipping directly from the vendor or seller

If your order is divided, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes:

  • The expected ship date for each package
  • The items included in each shipment

No. When an order is shipped in multiple packages:

  • You won’t be charged any additional shipping fees
  • The shipping cost shown at checkout is split across the shipments
  • You are not charged until each shipment ships
  • The original authorization hold will remain in place until all shipments are completed
