If you have a gift receipt or registry number, we will issue a complete refund in the form of store credit for any gift you receive using your Registry purchase list, the original receipt, or proof of purchase label. The time limits for gift registry returns are calculated from the event date:
No receipt and the item is not on your purchase list? We will issue a store credit, and you will receive the lowest selling price in the last 180 days.
When you purchase items as a Buy One Get One offer, the discount reflecting the price of the lowest-priced item is proportionally applied to each eligible item. If any item is returned, the refund will be equal to the original price of the item reduced by the proportional discounted amount.

| Macy's Backstage | We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Returned merchandise must be unworn and unaltered with original tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt and may only be returned to a Macy's Backstage location.
Jewelry and watches purchased at Macy's Backstage must be returned in original packaging with tags attached to the store they were purchased from.
On Final Sale merchandise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. MERCHANDISE IS SOLD AS IS AND WITH NO WARRANTIES. Macy’s Backstage is not responsible for defects or repairs. Some merchandise may be irregular or imperfect. Purchaser assumes all risks as to quality and repair costs
Don't have your original receipt? We can look up your receipt using your account number. If you don’t have any proof of purchase, we will issue store credit for the lowest selling price within the last 90 days. Your name and address may be required to complete a return for security and marketing purposes. |

Refunds will be processed when the item is received by the seller. Free returns can be initiated online in your purchase history and are processed more quickly than in-store returns.
Final Sales Items:
Furniture and Mattress items sold by Third-Party Sellers cannot be returned in store and must be sent directly back to the seller. |

| LensCrafters at Macy's | You can return your eyewear for a full refund or replace them within 30 days of the dispense date, which is the day they arrive at your home or the day you purchase them in-store. Note: Eyewear purchased online must be returned directly to the vendor via mail and cannot be returned to Macy's store. |
| Lighting | Lighting returns due to customer preferences must be made by contacting Customer Service at 800-289-6229 within 30 days of delivery, Monday - Sunday, 8am - 10pm ET.

| Sunglass Hut | If you’re not thrilled with your purchase, you’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to return your purchased sunglasses in original condition to a Sunglass Hut inside Macy's for either a full refund or an exchange. You’ll just need your proof of purchase and original packaging.
Without proof of purchase, we will exchange or issue a store credit based on the current selling price for sunglasses in original condition and with original packaging. Returns and exchanges only apply to items that Sunglass Hut sells.
