Macy's Mobile App

The Macy’s Mobile App is a free app available for iPhone® and Android™ devices, designed to make shopping and account management easy on the go.

 

With the Macy’s Mobile App, you can:

  • Shop and browse the latest styles and collections
  • Access special offers and promotions
  • Track pickup and delivery orders
  • Find a nearby Macy’s store
  • Create, manage, and shop gift registries
  • Pay, view statements, and manage your Macy’s Card or Macy’s American Express® Card
  • Use Macy’s Pay for quick checkout
 

Getting Started with the Macy’s Mobile App

  1.  Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone
  2. Tap Search
  3. Search for Macy’s
  4. Select Install
  5. The app will download directly to your device

  1.  Open the Apple App Store on your iPhone
  2. Tap the Search tab
  3. Search for Macy’s
  4. Tap Get
  5. When Get changes to Install, tap Install and enter your Apple ID password if prompted

Your User ID and password for the Macy’s Mobile App are the same email address and password you use to sign in on macys.com. If you forgot your password or need to change it, select Forgot Password on the sign‑in screen or visit the password reset page on macys.com.
