Macy's Mobile App

The Macy’s Mobile App is a free app available for both iPhone or Android phones.


On the Macy’s Mobile App you can do the following and much more!

  • Shop
  • Browse special offers
  • Track Your Pickup Orders
  • Locate a Macy’s store
  • Create, manage and find a gift registry
  • Pay, view and manage your Macy’s Store card and or Macy’s American Express® Card
  • Access Macy's Pay

  1. From your Android phone go to the Google Play Store
  2. Select the “Search” link
  3. Search for Macy’s
  4. Select “Install” and the app will be directly downloaded to your device

 

Using your phone visit the Apple App Store

 

  • Select the “Search” tab
  • Search for Macy’s
  • Select “Free”
  • Once the “Free” changes to “Install”, tap “Install” and enter your Apple ID password
  • Click “Ok”

Your user ID and password are the email address and password you use to sign in to macys.com on your desktop.
