• Free stone resetting for cracked or fallen stones
• Repair of broken or cracked shanks*
• Stone replacement for accidental loss or damage with a stone of comparable size and quality
  (Excludes solitaire diamond ring stone replacement)

• Center stone is covered only if all three stones are the same size
• If the center stone is larger than the side stones, it is not covered

• Free clasp and chain repair
• Free chain and bracelet shortening

• Free diamond solitaire earring conversion for items $500 and above
• Items under $500 require a conversion fee

If an item cannot be repaired, or repair costs exceed the item’s original retail price:

• Replacement with a comparable item of equal type, quality, and functionality (not exceeding original price), or
• A gift card or cash settlement if replacement is unavailable

• Free lifetime diamond trade‑up on eligible items**
• Plan may be renewed for an additional 3 years at Macy’s discretion

• Loss due to negligence, misuse, or willful abuse
• Robbery, burglary, or vandalism

• Shank width or thickness changes
• Modifications such as:
  • Stabilizing
  • Beads
  • Spring or arthritic shanks
  • Safety chains

• Replacement of earring backs
• Replacement of display chains
• Natural inclusions in gemstones

• Departments 728 and 967 (ear piercing and 24K gold items)
• Certain solitaire diamond ring stone replacements

Yes — you may cancel the plan at any time.

Refunds

• Within 30 days: Full refund or credit
• After 30 days: Prorated refund based on remaining coverage, minus the cost of any services already provided

Additional Conditions

• The plan is non‑transferable
• The plan ends automatically if you trade up to a new jewelry item
• A new plan must be purchased for the replacement item

Pricing is based on the net selling price of the item (after discounts, before tax). Coverage is valid for 3 years from purchase.
