You'll need to add your Macy's Credit Card or your Macy's American Express® Card to your macys.com profile to dispute a charge. If you need help adding your card, please Click Here.

1. Select My Account and log in to your account with your email address and password
2. Select the credit summary link under the Macy's Credit Card section
3. Select the "I want to…" drop-down box on the top right-hand side of the page and choose: Dispute a Charge
4. Review account activity, select unauthorized transaction(s), follow the prompts, and submit
5. A status email will be sent when the dispute is complete

Please allow at least 6 weeks for a resolution.
