How to sign up for delivery text messages

1. Sign in to your Macy’s account.
2. Go to Preferences > Notification Methods.
3. In the Text section, select Edit.
4. Choose Yes, Text Me to opt in.
5. Enter your mobile phone number.
6. Select the types of text alerts you’d like to receive, such as:
   • Order & Delivery Alerts (delivery updates, order status, Star Rewards)
   • Security Alerts (account changes, password activity)
   • Promotional Alerts (sales, events, and special offers)

Consent & messaging terms

By selecting any alert option and confirming from your mobile device, you consent to receive automated text messages from Macy’s. Consent is not required to make a purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

For each selected program, you agree to Macy’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Practices. You can text STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time.
