Macy's uses different carriers to ensure your items arrive on time. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.

Note: While Macy’s maintains an excellent partnership with UPS and USPS to handle many of your orders, we sometimes use smaller carriers as well. These smaller carriers provide you with the most efficient service possible and can be found listed above next to "Other regional carriers as required". Some of these carriers may use personal vehicles for deliveries, and items shipped by third-parties may utilize a different carrier of choice.

UPS Access Point Delivery
A UPS Access Point is a safe and convenient location you can use to ship and receive packages. UPS Access Points are located at local retailers and UPS stores near you.
When you select UPS Access Point as your delivery method, your items will be shipped to the UPS Access Point location of your choice. You will receive an email when your package arrives, and you (or the designated pickup person) will be required to show a valid government ID and tracking number for pickup.
Yes. During checkout, you can designate a UPS Access Point pickup person. Ensure that the name appears exactly as it does on their government-issued ID. They will need that ID and the tracking number of your order to pick up your package.
Your package will be available for 7 calendar days after it arrives at the UPS Access Point location. You will receive an e-mail reminder before your uncollected package is returned.
Yes. Packages with attached, pre-paid UPS shipping labels can be returned at a UPS Access Point location near you.
Special Shipping Information & Restrictions
It is usually processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days. We will let you know at checkout, or by a follow-up email, if your merchandise is currently in stock or if we need to verify the availability of the items.
If an item is out-of-stock, it will be placed on back order and will ship as soon as it is available. We will give you an expected shipping time at checkout.
We will ship jewelry only to physical street addresses within the United States. Jewelry cannot be shipped to:
Due to air transport restrictions and regulations, the following items are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Standard Ground Shipping only. These restricted items are not eligible for Premium, Express or Overnight Shipping, and cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or (APO/FPO), or to non-continental locations (Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all U.S. Territories, including American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands). Are sent via USPS and will ship within 3 business days. E-Gift Cards sent via email will be delivered within 48 hours.
Orders being shipped to a P.O. Box address will be delivered by Standard Delivery only and are excluded from the expedited shipping options.

Check the status of your Same-Day Delivery items by checking your Order History. Most Same-Day Delivery orders are delivered between 3:00 PM-6:00 PM (local time).
