To view transactions online, you'll need to add your Macy's Credit Card or Macy's American Express® Card to your macys.com profile. If you need help adding your card, please click here.

1. Select "My Account" and log-in to your account with your email address and password
2. Select the "Credit Summary" link under "Macy's Credit Card"
3. Scroll down to "Account Activity"

Here you can review recent purchases, payments and returns within the "Account Activity" section.
