You can enroll in the Macy’s WORRYNOMORE® Watch Protection Program within 30 days of purchase.

How to sign up:

Before your order is delivered:

• Call Customer Service at 1-800‑289‑6229 (TTY: 711).

After your order is delivered:

• Visit the jewelry or watch counter at any Macy’s store with your dated online receipt and your watch purchase.

The WORRYNOMORE® Watch Protection Plan begins after the manufacturer’s warranty expires and provides coverage for three (3) years.

Coverage includes:

• Free battery replacement for the life of the watch
• Free parts and labor to repair the internal workings of the watch resulting from normal use
• Replacement with a new, identical watch if the watch fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, as described in the manufacturer’s warranty
  • If an identical watch is unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar watch of equal value

The WORRYNOMORE® Watch Protection Plan does not cover the following:

Loss or damage due to events

• Loss of the watch due to:
  • Theft
  • Vandalism
  • Robbery
  • Burglary
  • Fire
  • Flood
  • Other acts of God
• Loss when the item is not in the purchaser’s possession

Misuse, wear, or environmental damage

• Damage caused by willful abuse or misuse
• Rust or water damage
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, or appearance‑only issues)

Department and part exclusions

• Watches sold in Department 761
• The following parts are not covered:
  • Band
  • Bracelet
  • Strap
  • Case
  • Stem
  • Crystal
  • Crown

When your watch needs service, bring the watch along with your WORRYNOMORE® Protection Plan receipt to any Macy’s store. The receipt serves as your proof of purchase and is required for service.

Yes. The purchaser may cancel the WORRYNOMORE® Protection Plan at any time during the plan term.

Cancellation and refunds

• Within 30 days of purchase:
  You will receive a full refund or credit of the WORRYNOMORE® Protection Plan cost.
• After 30 days:
  Macy’s will provide a prorated refund or credit, based on the time remaining in the plan term, minus the cost of any services already received.

Additional terms

• The WORRYNOMORE® Protection Plan is nontransferable.
• The plan is not renewable.

Pricing is based on the net selling price of the item, which is the item price after discounts and before tax and trade‑up credits.

The WORRYNOMORE® Protection Plan is valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase.
