The WorryNoMore® Watch Protection Plan begins after the manufacturer’s warranty ends and provides coverage for three (3) years.

•  Free battery replacement for the life of the watch
• Free parts and labor to repair internal mechanical components affected by normal wear
• Replacement with a new, identical watch if the watch fails due to defects in materials or workmanship covered by the manufacturer’s warranty
  • If an identical watch is unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar watch of equal value

While the WorryNoMore® Watch Protection Plan provides coverage for certain repairs and replacements, some situations, damage types, and components are not included. The exclusions below outline circumstances where coverage does not apply, including losses, cosmetic issues, misuse, and specific parts of the watch.

• Loss due to theft, robbery, burglary, or vandalism
• Fire, flood, or other acts of God
• Loss when the watch is not in the purchaser’s possession

• Damage caused by willful abuse or misuse
• Rust or water damage
• Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or appearance‑only issues

• Watches sold in Department 761
• The following parts are not covered:
• Band, bracelet, or strap
  • Case
  • Stem
  • Crystal
  • Crown

Yes. You may cancel the WorryNoMore® Protection Plan at any time during the plan term.

• Within 30 days: Full refund or credit of the plan cost
• After 30 days: Prorated refund based on remaining coverage time, minus the cost of any services already provided

• The plan is non‑transferable
• The plan is not renewable

Pricing is based on the net selling price of the watch (after discounts, before tax and trade‑up credits). Coverage is valid for three (3) years from the purchase date.
