It can be wrapped around individual toes or used to tape toes together for added support while remaining strong enough to stay in place during even the most intense dance routines. Great thin and non-sticky tape

So far this is my favourite toe tape as it does not leave any glue on the toes and is thin enough to not create any excessive pressure.
