Received glass was all smashed

I received this item all smashed within the box . There is no way possible when delivered the item was no noticeable to be 100% destroyed still was delivered in that condition

Good quality but one was cracked

One of the smaller plates was cracked which is always so inconvenient. But the whole set is overall really good

Never received replacement

Never received replacement. The original order was delivered by UPS with the contents all broken and the box was damaged. The UPS Driver had to know that everything was broken. Imagine you received a box with all broken glass. Macy's want me to return that item. Like I am supposed to keep a box of broken glass lying around, especially with children. Now, it's 10pm and the package is still out for delivery (UPS) but I never received it. I just hope all is well when and if I receive it.

The lids for the small bowls do not fit. The lids are too big, that makes them useless
