Worst webcam of any ever used.
My C930s webcams had beautiful, clear reception. This C920s has worst picture ever seen- no downloaded software settings changed did anything. I'm still waiting for my refund - if not rec'd., this charge will be put in Credit Card dispute. I discovered my old C930s webcams took too much "juice" when plugged in, & due to cheap chips inside, they simply blew, & ended up destroying the cameras. Since out of warranty Logitech, as you always do, refuse any compensation for your FLAWED designs.
