the mugs are super - just what you'd expect of Spode. The tray is plastic. Unfortunate choice.

Beautiful
Purchased as a Christmas gift for son and daughter in law. Beautiful set, nice size tea pot and cups. Could use for coffee as well. The pattern is pretty, I like that each piece has a different pattern. That is what makes this collection so unique. This should be a nice addition to the other pieces that I purchased for them past Christmas.

This cup is beautiful, but its background color is grey-blue, not like the prettier, brighter, and slightly more turquoise blue shown in the photos. It is also smaller than the product description promises. I bought this set because the product listing says the cup holds 12 oz., like the other Morris & Co. mugs I've purchased from Macy's. However, the listing is wrong. The packaging (see photo) says the cup holds 10 oz., nearly nearly 17% less than advertised. It doesn't really hold a full cup of coffee or tea. (See photos to compare to other Morris & Co. mugs.) If you're buying it to go with the rest of the Morris & Co. mugs sold at Macy's, note that it has a slightly smaller diameter and it's noticeably shorter.

Pretty and lightweight
The plates are very pretty and thin which I am happy about. A previous set i ordered someplace else was so thick and heavy. I use these for snacks and fruit.

I love them.
Beautiful for a special setting
Received these as a gift and had to add more because I absolutely loved them! Same dishes that were use at the High Tea in the Walnut Room at your State St store in Chicago. Combined with the luncheon plates, they mix and match for a beautiful table setting.
