Effective on purchases starting October 6, 2025 to December 31, 2025 most merchandise purchased at Macy's or macys.com will be accepted for an extended return period until January 31, 2026. Conditions to the 30-day policy are listed below*.

• Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Last Act merchandise is Final Sale and sold “As Is”. No returns, exchanges, or price adjustments are allowed.
• Items purchased in a store must be returned to a store.
• Items purchased online can be returned by mail or to a store.
• Items sold by Dyson and Mac Duggal are excluded from the extended Holiday Return window and remain eligible to return 30 days of purchase.
• Store returns are free
• Star Reward members receive free Return Shipping
