Good purse with lots of room!

I have liked Giani Bernini purses for a few years. I like this one but would prefer the inside pocket on the inside of the purse not in the inside of a side section. I also like the 2 zippered pockets on the outside rather than a snap pocket. I love the large zippered pockets on the other side where my phone fits nicely.

Customer service

It wasn't in my bag, been trying to get refund or a purse shipped to me. But was told they are researching. But haven't heard back anyone.

Lovely Bag

I was surprised that the wine color was actually more like a burgundy...I just love this bag the color it is!! This is a beautiful bag, with many storage pockets and very classy!
