This is the worst experience I’ve ever had shopping with Macy. Order placed a month ago, still showing “on its way” but actually stuck in this “Pre-Shipment Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item” forever. I tried to cancel but no one ever called me back. So, shopping from Macy market place (meaning item is not in macys warehouse) is already a peril, but buying form this particular vendor is jokes. DONT DO IT !
