Wrong item sent

I was sent a totally different item. I don’t know where the one I ordered is or if it even exists.

Unacceptable Order

I ordered a lounger dress and they send me something totally different. It was a different style, different material totally unacceptable. Plus, they delivered it late to top it off.

Didn’t see anywhere this item wasn’t Macy’s!

Looked like a Macys item for sale. Purchase was from another vendor they deal with! I did NOT receive what I ordered. The items I purchased were from a completely different catalog company! Called them & was advised to call Macys. What I received was also poor quality. Macys must be hard up to deal with that website! No more online shopping for me! I can’t believe I thought I was purchasing from Macys but received items from Woman Within. Totally different right down to the manufacturer. Still waiting for my refund. Not happy!
