Never arrived

I don't know what to think. I ordered on Mar. 10th and the order never arrived. It's very frustrating. It was supposed to arrive in just a few days from when I ordered. Now I have a refund being processed when I asked to have the items resent. I guess there are other places to order from besides Macy's.
