Pretty comfortable but still hurt my neck

This pillow felt like it would be good. Sleeping on side it was soft enough not to squish my face. However, did not provide enough support for my neck. I've had two other ISO cool pillows before that gave better support, even though those got lumpy and could not be reshaped after only a few weeks. Too bad. I wanted to love it

Not a firm pillow

This is far from a firm pillow! The description is misleading and it does not provide adequate support. It had a high profile but for side sleepers it’s the same old sink into nothing and get neck pain! If looking for a light pillow that fluffs up when you get up this could work.

Best pillows ever!!

The best pillows ever! They stay cooler than regular ones and also hold their firmness and shape. The only ones I will use for all my beds

Not soo cool

Pillows were too soft, inner pillow fabric had such a strong chemical odor compared to 2-yrs ago same pillows firmer with no odor.

Super supportive amazing sleep best ever

Wonderfully soft and supportive.. I’ve always been a down pillow snob until recently on a cruise. The pillows were amazing and I looked them up and these are the pillows. I slept like a rock nothing cheap about them. I will never go back.

Comfy and cool

At first these were so puffy but after a few nights they flattened out a little and were so comfy. They did stay cool. For a basic pillow, I would consider making it a staple.

Both sides are the cool side

The most comfortable pillow I’ve had in a long while. It has the perfect amount of plush and the support is wonderful. I like how the cover zips up so you can take it off and throw it in the wash. It’s great to have pillow that stays cool especially if you have night sweats. Definitely a 10 outta 10.
