Do not order

I bought this as a birthday gift recently and the package reached in a very bad state. The box was broken and items inside leaking or destroyed. They have shipped a replacement order which won’t even reach on time for the birthday despite the fact that they promised it will.

Not received when supposed to

Still don't have it so now I have a very unhappy birthday girl. I ordered well ahead of time and was told it would make it before her birthday then the day of comes and then it says March 5th....will have to review again when I actually receive it

Never Again

Macy’s promised a delivery in one week. We are now in the second week and it’s still not been delivered missing my daughter’s birthday. I will never use Macy online services again.
