Sharp

Incredibly sharp weighty knives with good balance. I love the bolster. I decided to get this set to start replacing my 20 year-old. Wusthoff knives that is just not cutting it anymore. Forged German steel with a through pin handle. Everything I was looking for.

Fine Craftsmanship

Craftsmanship of the cutlery is extraordinary - fine precision honed blades, well-fitted handles, and beautifully finished acacia knife block. The weight and balance of each knife provide a good "hand" feel that make the knives a pleasure to use. The kitchen shears are indispensable. This is an heirloom quality set built to last a lifetime.
