Crushed Rose 387 color and texture has changed!

This has been my go to lipstick for years. I recently purchased 2 Crushed Rose on 2 separate occasions - directly from LANCOME-- but the color has CHANGED. It is not the same. Moreover, it's much dryer, and flat with no shine. It looks more like 265 Delice Di Fique; darker and more Maroon. I have a prior Crushed Rose to compare it to, and it's SO VERY DIFFERENT. If Lancome changed the formula and pigments, then it should have re-named the shade. VERY DISAPPOINTED. WILL NOT BE BUYING LANCOME AGAIN.

We did refine the L'Absolu Rouge Cream Lipstick formula in 2021,now enriched with 30% moisturizing rose balm and caring technologies. We appreciate your comment on how you feel about the color and texture. While shade #387 may not be identical to the previous formula shade, it is the closest. I love the color, how good it makes my lips feel and look. It's all I use now. And my color is frequently sold out so I guess others feel the same way.
