So much packed into a small display!
I've been using this watch for about a month now and I must say so far I have been pleasantly surprised. When I opened the box I was immediately struck by the elegance of the timepiece. It was presented beautifully and the box came with everything I needed to get started. The strap was a little tight for me so I needed an extra link added. Thankfully there was no need to take this to a professional as everything I needed was included in the box. In addition to this they have also provided a secondary more flexible band which is perfect for working out or for your more casual days/weekends. Very easy to switch between the two which I have done frequently over the last few weeks. The app is great, lots of useful features including a robust tutorial which really helps you get to know your watch. The health tracking and sleep analysis features are great, especially for the health conscious among you. The battery life is a huge selling point. I've only had to charge the watch a few times in a month despite using it every day including tracking my sleep during the night. I had previously been using a generic android watch and I thought I would miss having the larger digital screen, but honestly I haven't one bit. I like the fact it looks more like a traditional watch and doesn't stand out as much when I'm dressed for work. Overall the stylish design and high quality build means I would definitely recommend this product.

A smart time piece with clinical backing.
This watch is certainly different. I've been referring to it as a smart time piece. The build quality and presentation is superb. Although the outer sleeve takes away from this a little, looking a little less elegant. The watch itself has been brilliant, I've given 4 rather than 5 just due to a few things missing on the smart features side. No calling which I think would have tipped this to a 5 had it been a feature. More adjustments and settings needed on the overall behaviour of the face and dials would be very welcomed. Battery life is amazing, giving me nearly a full 4 weeks on one charge. The key take away for me is that this looks and feels more like a traditional watch. A lot of people I've shown think it is until the screen wakes up or a notification comes through. The app needs some work and this is where that star is lost. Recent updates have confused the layout somewhat and settings which you would expect are either missing or in an unusual place. The watch has some serious clinical backing which makes the readings from the watch more believable. I don't know why but I feel a little more confident knowing it's got some backing. All in all a fantastic watch that I'm wearing daily.

Amazing hybrid watch
Firstly the packaging that this watch comes in screams premium. The outer box is big for a watch and on opening it a smooth sleek case slides out containing a small box of paperwork (guarantee, manual etc), the watch (of course) and a (relatively) large box containing the charging cradle and cable, a spare colour matched silicone strap, and everything you need to adjust the bracelet size of the main strap already on the watch. The watch itself looks really nice and premium. I was surprised the watch was so expensive but with the way it looks and feels, combined with the packaging, and the features (which I'll discuss below) you can understand why. After downloading the Withings app and connecting the watch to it, I could really get to trying its features out. The watch itself looks a bit like a Rolex with the exception of a small round window in the top section of the face that houses a small digital screen. And that screen is where the magic on this watch happens. However because its a hybrid and looks so smart, I can wear it to work with a suit, or on a dinner date, and it looks smart rather than more sporty smartwatches which look way less premium and smart. So the watch is classed as a "hybrid" watch which means it has the benefits (and some negatives) of both a traditional analogue watch, and a modern smartwatch. So in terms of the positives as I've been using the watch, firstly the battery life is fantastic. With all the features turned on / to maximum detection levels, I didn't get as long as the 30 days claimed but I did get over 20 days before I chickened out and recharged it. I probably could have got another 3 or 4 days but 20 days is great anyway so I can't complain. Compare that to the Samsung smartwatch I had previously which I had to charge every night and the Scanwatch is way better. Now onto the major selling point of this watch which is the health monitoring. According to Withings the watch is clinically validated by medical institutions for accuracy. I can't vouch for that but have to trust what they say or they'd be in a lot of trouble if it wasn't. What I do know is this thing tracks everything I could ever want and more. I'm still getting used to everything it can do TBH but it does body temperature, SpO2 (blood oxygen), ECH, sleep, pulse, steps, activities such as runs and loads more. The Samsung I had previously did most of that too but I didn't find it accurate on some of them and on others you had to press and hold two buttons at the same time with your arm held horizontal and not touch your arm with your other hand, I kid you not! The Scanwatch just tracks everything with no fuss at all. Now onto the negatives and the main one is that, because this is a hybrid watch, it does lack some smartwatch features such as GPS and touch screen. So if you do want to track run routes (rather than just steps and heartrate) then you would need to carry your phone and track it on there. The touchscreen thing didn't bother me though as the watch is simple enough to not need one, even if it would be nice to have one. The other main limitation of the watch is that the small digital screen means that notifications for messages etc only flash up on the screen once, so if you're not quick then you miss it and can't really get it back. And even if you do catch it, its such a small digital screen that the message scrolls across so takes a while and concentration to see and read it. In summary I think if you don't expect a full set of smartwatch features from this watch, and make sure you fully understand what it can and can't do before you buy, then depending on your needs it is a fantastic hybrid watch that has fantastic battery life, fantastic health tracking, and looks amazing on your wrist.

Elegant
I have been wearing this watch for over a week now and so far it has been very comfortable literally don't even notice you are wearing really. It was easy to setup using the app connected to my Iphone easily. The app is good but you do need to keep closing and re-opening for it to synchronise which isn't great but it does work. The watch can tack heart rate, o2 levels, exercise and do much more. You can also get notifications and messages on the phone which are actually displayed quite well for the small area they are on and with a 30 day battery life this is a great smartwatch especially for those wanting to where something a bit more elegant for special occasions.

Good option for someone who likes a classic watch look
I’ve been testing this watch together with my partner for the last month and while I can say that it is a good and relatively well-priced option for someone who does like a classic watch look but still wants the functionality of a fitness watch, there were some significant issues with this product’s performance. Here’s my summary below: 1. The look: the watch looks beautiful! It has an elegant and sleek design, my partner said that he’d prefer it to any other fitness watch and it would save him the trouble of switching between the regular and the fitness watch all the time. The metal band is comfortable to wear even at night, sits snug on the wrist and can be adjusted easily with the toolkit provided. 2. Battery life: superb. I only had to charge my watch on arrival and haven’t charged it again still despite the daily use. The charger is non-standard but it’s quite common for a fitness watch. 3. Ease of use of the Withings app: not as good as the other fitness apps we’ve used in the past. A lot of the functionality is only available when you go to a paid Withings+ model. However, the basic interface is good and easy to understand. 4. Performance: this is where we’ve had the most issues. Both of us have tried wearing the watch as at first I was worried that irregularity of measurements was caused by the fact that I have a very slim wrist and maybe the watch didn’t sit on it tight enough (although it was quite snug). But the issue was the same for me and my partner. Sleep quality measurements are good when measured correctly. However, around 2-3 times during the week the watch would not connect the measurements properly, showing in the app that I’ve only slept for 2 hours, when in reality I had a full 8-hour sleep. Not ideal when sleep quality is something that is important for you to measure. Another thing g that kept bugging me is that throughout the day the watch would keep automatically recording the cycling activity for me. I do not cycle😅. Most of the times that would happen during walking or when I cook or have to use my hands actively. Measuring my training performance was fine. I mostly do strength training and the data that the watch showed was consistent with what I’d see on my other fitness trackers. Overall, this watch is a good option for someone that wants some of the fitness bracelet functionality and a better aesthetic. However, I wouldn’t recommend it as a fitness watch option for someone who mostly wants to track their fitness performance and sleep score.

Stylish, reliable smartwatch with exceptional ECG and heart rate monitoring, long battery life, and valuable health tracking features.
I've been wearing the Withings ScanWatch Nova Blue 42mm for a month now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The design is sleek and elegant, blending modern tech with a classic watch face, which is perfect for both casual and formal settings. The Nova Blue color adds a subtle pop that feels unique without being too flashy. In terms of functionality, the best feature for me has been the ECG and heart rate monitoring. The ECG capability is particularly reassuring, as it provides a quick and easy way to check for any irregularities. The watch also tracks my sleep patterns, and I’ve found the sleep score feature to be quite accurate and helpful in improving my sleep routine. The only downside here is the need for a subscription to use these features. The battery life is another standout. Even with daily use, I’ve only had to charge it once in the entire month, which is a huge plus for someone who doesn’t want to constantly worry about charging their devices. After a month, I’ve found it to be a reliable and stylish accessory. It's a great value for the price, and I can see it remaining in my rotation for a long time. If you’re in the market for a watch that’s both functional and fashionable, the Tithings Nova Blue is definitely worth considering.

Wow
Wow, just wow. I have been looking for a smartwatch without the typical smartwatch look for a while now and this fits that perfectly. Not only does it look like a timeless, classic wristwatch its capabilities and exactly what I was looking for. From opening the box, and I must admit I think the outside box really lets down the level of craftsmanship this watch has to offer while the inside box speaks more truly of the watch itself. The link kit and additional strap are great. The watch is comfortable with both straps and its ECG function is my favourite part, giving me peace of mind and information should I need it. Battery life is much better than I thought it would be and charging is quick. Will recommend and be looking at others in this brand.
