Not as easy as it looks

The whole idea is great. The concept is excellent. Finding the right amount of pressure is key. Too little, and the tortillas open; too much, and they tear. I am hesitant to apply too much pressure, as I worry about breaking the crimpit, even though it's quite sturdy. This is just my thought. I have to practice more.
