Good food processor

The size is good. The motor is strong. My last one lasted just over three years and that was a disappointment. But there are no better products on the market. I was also disappointed that I could not get white with chrome as I got before.

Never worked

Motor wouldn’t engage when locked. Could press the switch manually with bowl off but lever in bowl would not extend to activate switch. Returned item.

Love It

I love this new food processor. I bought it to replace an older Cuisinart food processor. This one has much more power. And it's much quieter too. I am very happy with this purchase.

Didn't Work

Unfortunately I received a product that did not work. After about a dozen tries, I could not get the cover to lock onto the work bowl. Without proper looking their is no power to the unit. I have a Cuisinart 7 cup food processor that has been working great for years but needed a larger size one. I have found that newer manufactured goods are not made as well and obviously not inspected after manufacture. However; I realize this is in no way the fault of Macys. However; It is 100 mile drive for me to return this product to a store which is necessary.
