The dress itself is beautiful, but I was disappointed to find several rhinestones already loose right out of the package. I went to my local Macy’s to exchange it, but they didn’t have my size in stock. What frustrated me most, though, was the experience with Macy’s corporate. I was encouraged to sign up for a Macy’s credit card to receive an additional discount. I signed up, received the approval email with the account number and a link stating I could “use it immediately” online or in-store. However, when I tried to use it, I was told I couldn’t because I didn’t have the physical card with the expiration date and CVV. After being transferred three times with customer service, the final answer was that the card can’t be used until the physical card arrives. So what exactly does “use immediately” mean? This experience reminded me why I closed my Macy’s card eight years ago and stopped shopping here. Unfortunately, nothing seems to have changed.

I am 5ft 3in, approx 155lbs and a bust size of 38B. I bought the Medium and I feel like its a perfect fit. It's a simple pull-over your head dress with no zippers or buttons. It also doesn't have a liner but with the wrapped look and some spanks, I think I'll be completely comfortable. I found some perfect strappy silver sandals to pull the outfit together and drive my husband nuts :) I ordered online and it was delivered within 3 or 4 days.

Unfortunately, I am returning this dress. While it is beautiful, it is not true to size. I typically wear size 10-12, so I ordered a large. The arm holes were very snug & the dress too tight. I would like to try an extra large but feel like the dress in general runs small.
