I have always been a delonghi girl but liked the look of the Phillips I absolutely love it makes a perfect coffee the milk frother is far better than some no messy tubes to clean the only thing I could say that is annoying not bad is that it doesn’t hold a lot of coffee beans but hey Im happy with the rest so I’ll wear that it’s easy to use sleek looking only wish I had got the model up now that does hot and cold

good value easy to use
Dis a lot of research online before choice. I wanted a less comlicated machine to maje reasonable coffee (Over de longhi) ease of use found and cleaning looks good on counter in kitchen better information about machine found on line refarding cleaning rather than picture instruction sheet overall happy just need to get grinf settings correct

Great value and cool machine
This machine is a great tool for those who don’t want to go to a cafe everyday! It has a learning curve and is a large technological jump for those coming from a traditional espresso machine, but once you get the hang of it and get some yummy tasting beans, it’s holds its value. complimentary from philipshomeliving

Instructions were in no language, just illustrations, we could not understand, and then most importantly - coffee itself turned out not good

So user friendly!
Gifted by philipshomeliving but honestly one of the best additions to my morning routine. There is nothing like grinding up your own beans and smelling that fresh espresso especially when it’s as convenient as this machine makes it! I love that there is so much versatility and the look of the machine is so modern and slick on my countertop! I love how user friendly it is with its touch screen design and photos on the buttons!

Leaking issue
Unit was defective. When I added water to the reservoir, it immediately drained onto my countertop. Called Phillips customer service, they recommended I return the unit.
