Like a spa at home

I love this so much at my sister's house when I flew home I bought one for both showers in my house. the pressure is firm but somehow soft. It feels like a tropical rainforest every shower. Its amazing when you have a full lather of shampoo and swish your had under it you come out squeaky clean. 5 stars by far. Also you don't need pro installation - its so easy and comes with wrench and plumbers tape I did it in 10 mins total.

Not a good buy

This has been one of the most disappointing purchases I have made. The shower head is not worth the cost, and I sincerely regret buying it. Despite having it professionally installed, it began leaking from multiple openings in less than a month, resulting in water spreading throughout the bathroom.
