Never received the order

Never received the order!! Called Macys customer service 4 times during the past month regarding the issue, and I was advised that they would issue a refund. Until now still not see a refund on my credit card. I always enjoyed shopping online with Macys and never had any issues. I don’t know what happened to them this time???? Can someone please contact me regarding this matter?
