I started buying this product a few years ago after a family member suggested that it might help me feel better. Well, it worked!! I started taking 2 capsules every evening until I heard a doctor on a TV program recommend taking probiotics in the morning and at night. I think it helped a little more.

Very happy with this probiotic

I have used probiotics for many years and switch them up on occasion. However, these are my regular go to. Always excellent dating and work very well. If you are looking to start or find one that works better than what your taking, I highly recommend Schwartz advanced strength.

I take three per day in the morning with breakfast. I like the capsules. No aftertaste or problems with this product . It seems to take care of inflammation I may be having . I tried taking turmeric in a glass of water, this is definitely more palatable with the capsules . Best thing, it does the job.
