Roller stimulator

I've used you shampoo and conditioner for about five years. About two years ago, I purchased your 1 mil stimulator roller. It made a dramatic increase in penetration of your products. I found it takes not only the correct vitamins, but daily use of product and getting it to penetrate the scalp. It works great!

Customer service is non existent and ignores you

Roller ended up getting some type of rust on it. Not sure it's same to use it. I don't want to micro needle rust into my scalp? I emailed them and attached a picture and they completely ignored me so customer service is 0 out of 5.
