Beautiful but broken

It is beautiful, but the plates arrived broken, and the cups were scratched by the cardboard—causing the design on the cups to rub off. It is a shame; the dinnerware set is lovely, but I have to return it.

Broken Plates

Upon opening the box, I discovered several broken plates. I am unsure when the plates broke, it could have been during transit. Regardless, there wasn't any noticeable care taken with packaging the set to prevent breaking.
