The product is beautiful but the packaging was busted open i was giving as a gift but had to tape the packaging back together. But product was not damage from what i could see fully opening up.

Disappointing
Macy - please just liquidate this comforter/ cut your losses! Most customers shop Macy because you had a reputation for quality but increasingly bringing in products like this just leaves regular customers finding your products as being very poor in quality and texture. The set I received even looked used and the sheets separately stuffed between layers of the comforter. I wish I could be spared the AI generated customer reply that says Macy doesn’t care that you waste your money .

Beautiful comforter
The comforter is beautiful. The colors are elegant. Pillow shams match the comforter. The additional pillows coordinate with the comforter. As much as I like the comforter one negative is the silver design snags a bit. Included is a set of forgettable sheets. They are pale and very thin. I'm going to donate the sheets. Overall, I'm very pleased with the comforter set.
