Perfume Samples-This is a Macys Issue

This is a great eyeliner and I was looking forward to receiving it. Something to consider when ordering from Macys is that they are shipping ALL items whether it be makeup or not with perfume card samples. The perfume card samples that come in a catalog. Every item I have to return because the item in the package absorbs the strong perfume smell. I am leaving this review in hopes the company will stop doing this. Unfortunately, I could not keep this eyeliner because the outer packaging smelled of strong perfume from the sample card included in the box.
