Dress arrived damaged

I was really looking forward to this Calvin Klein dress, but it arrived with the sleeve fabric already damaged and frayed. I never wore it, so it was disappointing to receive it this way. I don’t know if I should return it in the store or if there’s a way they can fix or replace it, but I truly didn’t expect this from the brand. I hope the store can help me with a solution, maybe even a small discount or an exchange for one that isn’t damaged.

Perfect Fit!

Bought this dress online without trying on, last minute for an event! It’s a stunner. Very flattering fit perfectly and was comfortable. For reference I’m almost 5’2” and 120 1/2 lbs bought a 6P. I would purchase again. A little snug on the arms, but I don’t have skinny arms.

Love this dress!

I love this dress. I am 5’ 104 lbs so it is a very hard to find something to fit without having it altered. I ordered 4 Petite and it fit perfect, it fell just below the knee. I would say it runs a little small because I normally wear a two petite but the two was a little snug. I received several compliments when I wore it to a holiday party with a pair of red shoes.

Didn't fit

It looked promising, but simply didn't fit. I tried a 4P. Small in the wrong places and bunchy in the others. A regular 4 might work. I generally don't order fitted clothing online, because so often it does not fit. The style looked good. Fabric was remarkably heavy.
